About the Job:
We are looking for a Manager to join our Daddy Bao family.
You'll be responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, you need to be there for the Team and the Customers making sure they are both the happiest they can be.
We want you to know how to run a smooth service. Back of house management experience is also essential, as you will hire, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with Health & Safety restaurant regulations.
Your scheduled duties:
- 35 or 40 hours a week contract.
- Be there two out of three busiest shifts (Friday/Saturday night & Saturday Brunch).
- 3 nights with closing a week (lock up duties) + 1 early night.
- Overviewing FOH/KTC Team health and welfare.
- Training the Team following our Pay Graph.
- Team building.
- Overviewing WhatsApp chat groups in case something needs sorting.
Food, Health & Safety:
- Ensuring compliance with Licensing, Hygiene and Health & Safety legislation/guidelines.
- Daily Food, Health & Safety Checks.
- Oversee ordering and stock levels.
- Keeping minimum labour/good quality of service.
- Rota management (2 hours a week max).
- HR Employees profiles management.
- Bookings management.
- Oversee kitchen (check the wastage is to minimum, cleanliness standards are high and stock management).
- Special board & A board to be regularly updated.
- Making improvements to the running of the restaurant.
- Will depend on your experience and the number of hours you'd like to work. ✌
